Welcome to Sentinel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sentinel platform, including the "Queen" (central management system) and "Drone" (local agent) software (collectively, the "Service").
By installing the Sentinel Drone or accessing the Sentinel Queen dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Nature of Service: Sentinel is an autonomous system designed to monitor, analyze, and repair server issues automatically. By using Sentinel, you grant the software explicit permission to execute commands, modify configuration files, and restart services on your infrastructure ("Drones") to maintain system stability and security.
"The Queen" Authority: The central intelligence unit ("The Queen") aggregates knowledge from all connected Drones. Solutions verified by the Queen are automatically broadcasted and applied to your Drones. You acknowledge that these actions occur without real-time human intervention.
Collective Intelligence: Sentinel operates on a collective intelligence model. Anonymized technical data regarding errors, logs, and successful fixes may be shared with the central Sentinel network to improve the "Knowledge Book" for all users.
Data Sanitization: We employ a "Log Sanitizer" to strip sensitive information (IP addresses, passwords, PII) before analysis. However, you are responsible for ensuring your logs do not contain non-standard sensitive data formats.
"As Is" Service: Sentinel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy in our automated fixes, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that an automated fix will not cause unintended side effects.
No Liability for Automation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel (and its creators) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from automated actions taken by the Drone or Queen on your infrastructure. You retain full root responsibility for your servers.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of "Queen" access, downgrading your Drones to a local-only mode without access to the global Knowledge Book.
