Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want Sentinel to be the best server investment you make. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the Autopilot or the Queen dashboard, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your Queen Dashboard.

  • Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date.
  • Annual Plans: If cancelled within 30 days, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months.

3. Service Interruptions

In the unlikely event that the Sentinel Queen service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance), you are eligible for a service credit or a prorated refund for that month upon request.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email billing@sentinel-ai.info with your account email and transaction ID. We aim to process all requests within 3-5 business days.
