Refund Policy

Early-access friendly refund policy. We want Sentinel to be obviously worth it; if it is not, you should be able to walk away without drama.

For subscription plans we intend to offer a 60-day money-back guarantee once regular billing is live. Until then, any payments made as part of early-access or pilot projects can be refunded on a case-by-case basis if Sentinel does not meet your expectations.

Details of the final refund policy may differ for Enterprise contracts where custom SLAs and onboarding work are involved. Those details will be agreed directly in the contract.
